I have been engaged in local real estate in some form or other for over 30 years.  Most of that time as an independent contractor. I have been actively working in real estate investing for over 3 years.  Most of my investor experience has been in advising others as to the property values both present state and after repair value.  My years of experience in estimating and quoting projects gives me an unique perspective in repair costs.  I am now leveraging this experience to work in the market directly.  As the title implies, I now buy houses, and sell mine too. My overarching business principle is, people before profits. I am local, and I want to help property owners while improving neighborhoods one house at a time.
